PhytoSystem publishes two catalogues per year each about one hundred pages. The production of these catalogues is now reduced to a number of pages instead of about 4 months when these were made manually.
At the start of the project the Return on Investment (ROI) was estimated to be three catalogue productions. This could be further reduced when additional documents such as offers, customer specific price lists, etc would be produced with the system.
A number of opportunities are still available in the future. Using the xCS.web software, PhytoSystem can re-use all their product data used for their printed catalogues in order to generate a website with dynamic page building. The advantage would be the advanced search and compare features that we offer.
